Add a touch of elegance and uniqueness to your home with ‘The Bloom’ Hand-painted Floral Chest of Drawers. I love to create bespoke pieces; and this chest has been restored and crafted with love and attention featuring hand-painted details that make it truly one-of-a-kind.
This is a functional chest of drawers dating from around the 1950s with a Mid Century retro feel. After full preparation to the frame, it has been refinished professionally with light peach eggshell paint and the addition of bobbin style legs to raise it from the ground. It has three drawers with flush handles creating a streamlined modern look; and the front has been decorated With a hand-painted floral design featuring rambling stems and buds.
This hand-painted design is entirely bespoke and as mentioned completely unique, with a carefully selected colour palette of earthy tones such as rural orange, burgundy, forest green and mint against a neutral background; then sealed to finish and protect with a clear top coat.
I can imagine this looking beautiful as a focal point in a bedroom, or entryway even, would definitely bring joy to your day and spark conversation when you have guests visiting.
Please also note that each piece of furniture art is signed and dated on the reverse.
Conditon
The interior of the drawers have been oiled and feature the ‘Nathan’ logo as pictured, the overall condition of this piece is great, it stands solid and all the drawers open smoothly on the runners, however please keep in mind that the sideboard is vintage and so will show some signs of use consumerate with age.

We offer free delivery on small items, such as artwork. Smaller furniture items are shipped at a flat rate of £30 and all larger furniture items are shipped at a flat rate of £60 per item.
When an order has been placed, I will contact a courier company within 24 hours to book in a collection. At that point your details will be passed on so the delivery driver can make contact with you at a later date to arrange a suitable delivery date with you.
We advise a usual delivery time of between 1 and 2 weeks, however this can vary a little and can sometimes take longer depending on your location.

We offer the option to return your item for a full refund within14 days, however please note that any delivery costs incurred including return delivery will not be refunded, also consider the item will need to be sent back with the original courier in the original packaging and inspected for any damage before a refund can be issued.
